Texpaper Service was founded in 1994 in the city of Igualada by Mr. Lluis Farré, focusing its activity on offering solutions to companies in the textile industry, in the cutting and sewing sector.

In 2000, through the accumulated experience and the analysis of new emerging markets, a change in the industry towards digital printing was observed. Texpaper began intensive research into the needs of this new sector and successfully obtained two innovative solutions that greatly facilitated the production process: on the one hand, it developed a paper model without coating that substantially reduced production costs, and on the other hand, it developed a new weight protection for calander paper that obtained unbeatable protection results and excellent manufacturing results

Since 2010, Texpaper has been present at the main and most prestigious international trade fairs in the sector, such as ITMA, FESPA, SGIA, etc., which places Texpaper at the forefront of the industry. This places the company on the international map of protection for calander paper distributors as one of the most outstanding thanks to the excellent quality of its products. Furthermore it boosted its international sales to reach a growth of 20% per year.

In 2020, a new strategic plan is implemented and new facilities are planned to double production and storage capacity. At the same time, regional expansion projects are created with new professionals and abroad investment.
